Just for fun!

So even though I said I'd be better and this blog thing I'm still not super. Part of me wants to wait until somebody cool can show me how to make it awesome...but that may be awhile since it's just me and Todd...anyone who knows us knows he's no help :p But I think I prefer it that way! Anyway we have done some fun stuff and as soon as I put the photos on the computer I'll upload them on here!
I just wanted to blog because I made a new playlist and I liked it so I wanted to share it with everyone! I don't think I can put it in the post...if I can I'm an idiot and can't figure it out...so I thought it'd be at the bottom of the page but it posted above this one...weird I know...anway it's some music I've been listening to lately:)

We're still alive I swear!

Ok so by now everyone knows how horrible I am at blogging but I have made a conscious effort to try to be better! so for a quick update: Todd and I are still alive...YAY! We have moved from our basement apartment to a new apartment that's really more like a house..2 bedrooms, a real kitchen, laundry, a garage and car port. We're pretty dang excited! We also got internet so now I have no reason to keep up on the blogging!:) Todd has started school again and he's pretty excited for his classes. It's weird having all the students back and even though we're excited to have the other Katie Oesterle back in our lives...it's a little crowded around town! So we're adjusting!
They are re-doing our countertops and gave us a new sink which sounds nice and eventually I'm sure it will be, but they start and stop and start and stop and I'm not sure when the actual project will be done as usual...so we're "under construction" and our house is a mess!:p Oh! We also just celebrated our 1 year anniversary!! Yayy! It doesn't seem that long and then again it seems like so much longer! We love being married and are excited for the years to come!
Other then that there're not a whole lot going on! So as soon as I take some pictures of our new apartment and other stuff I'll post it I promise!!

AMAZING weekend!:)

This past weekend I was able to go to Utah to see Adam and Stephanie and Jack...and Megan and the Youngs and Seth and Megan and Scarlett...needless to say it was a busy weekend! But SOOOO much fun! Jack is the cutest baby with all his cute little rolls and squeals and so fun to play with!

Well I left on thursday and let me tell you it was a rocky start! Todd and my car kind of died the day before so i had no way to get down there, so my dad who is a SAINT! got me a rental car so I could see my nephew. It was NICE, it had air conditioning and cruise control and a cd player and was super compact so perfect for Utah traffic, and it's a 2009 so brand new and nice!

So not the best picture but you get the point!:) Eventually I got to Utah and got to spend some quality time with some of my favorite people. Of course when I showed up I wasn't Jacks favorite person but I think I grew on him, I would be comfortable in saying he loves me now:) So here are a few pictures of him that are my favorites!

Ok so I'm really horrible at posting the pictures but you get the idea! He's SOOO adorable! and drooly:) we had a lot of fun and it was really good to see Adam and Stephanie! Hopefully it won't be so long until I get to see their cute family again!

Up and Coming...

Ok soooo I just bought a replacement battery charger for my camera..thank you Stephanie for the idea of going online...it's not here yet but it will be here within a week or so. Coming up soon: my birthday is tomorrow woo hoo! Then June 24th I'm going down to Utah to see Stephanie and Adam and JACK!:) Stephanies sister Becky is getting married so exciting! So there will be LOTS of pictures then because I'm staying with Seth and Megan bless their hearts, so pics of them and Scarlett, Adam and Stephanie and Jack, pretty Becky and Megan will be there YAY! :) so June is gonna be fun, stay tuned for cool posts and pictures!:)

Wish I didn't lose things!

Heyyy everybody!! So I wanted to keep everyone updated even though this time I don't have any pictures. Apparently I have lost my camera's battery charger.....whoops so I can't take any pictures until I find it. It wouldn't be such a bummer except that Todd and I have had some big events happening and it would have been nice to document them.
First: we finished our Winter Semester!! yayy!! which meant my friend Megan graduated....hoooorayy!:) she is amazing and looked great getting her empty diploma cover:) luckily her family took a lot of pictures so hopefully somebody will send me some..hint hint*:)
Second: we decided kind of last minute to visit the cousins in Utah! It was SOOOOO much fun! I'm so glad we got to go and that Megan and Seth are so nice to let us stay on such short notice. Not only did we get to see the cousins but also Scarlett and Preston. We had never met Scarlett and let me tell you...she is a CUTIE! I got to hold her more then I thought I'd be able to and am SOO grateful I loved every minute! And we hadn't seen Preston since our wedding which was almost eight months ago. He is so big! He was so much fun to play with! He's got the biggest cutest blue eyes and drools all over which sounds gross and is kinda..but ADORABLE on him:) I just wanted to squish his belly and chubby legs the whole time!
So overall it would have been nice to take pictures but I need my battery charged...so if anybody has any idea where I put my charger LET ME KNOW:)

Still Catching Up!

Okay so these are really old pictures:) I don't have the blonde highlights and my hair is longer but heres me and todd before thanksgiving:)If you can't tell who this is...it's David Archuleta!!!:) He came to BYU-Idaho in December and at the time I was working for the school and got to work this event...PLUS I ushered so they gave me a front row ticket!!!:) I was ridiculously close and he totally waved at me..I have witnesses!:) He was amazing! He was dancing like crazy and his singing stayed the same. He also had a weird entourage of middle aged women jumping up and down in the front for him...but I figured maybe it was his mom or something...otherwise they're just weird members:)Here's Rachel...she's the one with the weird thumbs up:) we went to sherlock holmes over Christmas break and apparently she was more interested in the chipmunks:)

whew! about time!

So here are some updates from wayyyy back when! Todd and I got married and went on our honeymoon to South Haven Michigan! It was BEAUTIFUL! we loved being there and hopefully someday we'll be able to go back or somewhere just like it!

This is where we stayed it was called the Victoria Resort, it was a bed and breakfast:)
We played on the beach and Todd attacked some seagulls because they looked at us funny:)I loved the water but it was FREEZING! hence the sweatshirt!:)We walked out on the pier every night to see the sun set. It was beautiful every time!! So for now that's it but I'll post again later with all of the more recent stuff...such as Thanksgiving and Christmas and life since...funny how that's recent to me but I'm tired of loading this pictures on here:)

Update

Hey everyone! So I haven't posted in what 4 months? I know I'm really lame what else is new! I still haven't been able to transfer my pictures from my camera to my computer which is very annoying because that means I can't take any pictures!!! So if anyone has any ideas of how I can fix that let me know!!
So just a quick update: Todd and I are both still in school. We'll be done with winter semester in about 3 weeks yay! Then we have a week break and start spring semester! I'll be taking about 7 credits and Todd will be taking 15. Good news!! This will be my last semester and I will graduate at the end of July!!
Todd is working on campus as an event manager and I just got a job at Toys R Us in Idaho Falls! I'm very excited to start and we feel so blessed I was finally able to find a job, even though it's half an hour away.
The weather is starting to warm up here and it's making both us of anxious for summer! I can't remember what it's like to not have to wear long sleeves outside! We really want to be able to enjoy summer even though we're going to class, so hopefully we'll be able to visit some family during that time. Stephanie and Jack are coming out to Utah in June (Becky, Stephanies sister is getting married..YAY!) and we're SUPER excited to see them!!! We haven't met Jack yet and he'll be 6 months old by then!
Well that's about it for now. As soon as I figure out how to transfer pictures I'll post a BUNCH!
